Introduction

GRAB THAI is a fast-casual restaurant chain in central London, known for its fresh, authentic Thai cuisine. Owned by Chusana Prasertkul and Netibut Vasinoda, the brand thrives as a bustling lunch spot with an imaginative menu. Over three years, I evolved their visual identity by reimagining existing agency-created assets, refining their aesthetic to align with contemporary trends while staying true to their heritage.


Key Contributions:

  • Brand Identity & Visual System – Redesigned and repurposed brand assets for cohesive, modern appeal.
  • Environmental Graphics – Collaborated with interior architects and sign fabricators to develop impactful visual signage, including a custom 3D illuminated sign, hoardings, and awnings.
  • Digital & Print Media – Art-directed social media graphics, outdoor adverts, and promotional materials to strengthen engagement.
  • Strategic Consultation – Advised on digital signage optimization and brand consistency across touchpoints.
